3. Incorrect Items Shipped

Return: If you receive an incorrect item, return it within 30 days in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered if the error was on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Exceptions: Electronic components can only be returned if shipped in error.

5. Restocking Fee

Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to used or damaged items, personalized items, and other exceptions.

6. Returns Due to Customer Remorse
