1. Return Period

• Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• Inspection: Check your items immediately upon receipt.
• Report Issues: Contact us within 30 days for damaged or defective items. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a return label.

3. Incorrect Items Shipped

• Return: If you receive an incorrect item, return it within 30 days in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered if the error was on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Exceptions: Electronic components can only be returned if shipped in error.

5. Restocking Fee

• Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to used or damaged items, personalized items, and other exceptions.

6. Returns Due to Customer Remorse

• Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Return Procedure

• Authorization: Email us at return@mitaprima.com to get a Return Authorization number (RA#) and include it on your return package.
